My Background

            I am currently a design specialist with an extensive and diversified background in the construction industry.  This experience includes hands on equipment operation for excavation, masonry work, rough and finished carpentry, flooring and wallboard installation and finishing, concrete and wood foundation applications, concrete, post and beam, wood and steel structural applications, cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical wiring, surveying, landscaping, material estimating, water, sewer and road maintenance and repair, along with construction, project, and property management.

For the last eleven years I’ve been working as a design professional, logging nearly 20,000 hours of design time, utilizing the current Autodesk products, which include AutoCAD Civil 3D, Architecture and MEP, Revit Architecture and Structure, and 3ds Max animation.  I have designed commercial and residential subdivision plats (conceptual through final), plans and profiles for water, sewer and road construction, 3D surface models for drainage, irrigation and erosion control.  New and remodeled, commercial and residential, architectural and structural plans, elevations, and details, HVAC, plumbing and wiring schematics, and 3D models for digital animations.

I would like to see more businesses work together to help our clients and economy rebound.  I will design to your standards and styles, 2D or 3D, on your title block or mine with your company logo added, and at a lower cost than you can pay an hourly or contract employee.  I prefer to contract by the job, and will deliver designs in hard copy and digital formats.
